VISA APPLICATION PROCESS

Since it is becoming increasingly more difficult to get visas to different countries, we must
institute the following rules which will apply to all groups wishing to attend the World Martial
Games who will require a VISA.   (To attend a World Martial Games in all country's, there are
certain visa requirements for certain countries. )

1).  You must submit a Letter of Intention to participate (via email or post)  and request for
    Official Invitation.
            a).  Letter must include list of names of all persons traveling, whether they are
            competitors, coaches, guests, family members, etc., their birthdates, and ages,  along
with               their passport numbers.
             b)  you must also submit the U.S. Embassy's postal address (that will issue your visa),
             their email address, their fax number and the Visa Issuing Officers name (how is should
             appear on your Official Invitation..
2).  If you need assistance with your Visas, then The Federation, Instructor, competitors, coaches,
    Team, etc. must pre-register and pre-pay for the event before we can assist with the Visa
    Process with the Visa Departmant and Embassy.  Also pre-registration is required to receive
     the discounted entry fee.
            a).  The funds must be in the form of a Certified Int'l Bank Cheque, Credit
                  Card or via Western Union, all payable in U.S. Currency. drawn on a U.S. bank.
  
3).  For the Embassy, you must have details regarding Arrival and Departure Dates, confirmed
    reservations for flights and deposits paid on flights.  Type of Visa you want to apply for .

4).  Confirmation of  payment of Accommodation reservations (in advance) or deposits paid.
    WOMAA cannot guarantee your reservations, or air travel.  You must do this on your own or
     through a travel agency.  

5).  All information must be received by WOMAA Hdqtrs prior to assisting with VISA Process.
    You will be issued the official invitation immediately upon request both from WOMAA Hdqtrs
    and from the Country Rep/Director in which the event his taking place,  but for assistance with
    VISA process, all of the above requrements must be made.

6).  Visa process must be started no later than 90 days before event.  Process must be started prior
    to May  19th, 2011.  So all information and requirements, must be in by this date.  Any
    time beyond this date and we will NOT be in the position to guarantee assistance with your visa.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US, LOOKING  FOR HELP  WITH YOUR VISAS, ONE  MONTH
PRIOR TO THE EVENT, IT WILL NOT HAPPEN.

REMEMBER YOU MAY STILL REGISTER AFTER THE PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE DATE,
BUT YOU WILL PAY THE FULL PRICE.   SO WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE REGISTRATION
PACKET PLEASE FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS.
