11:  The Croft (B&B): 12 bedrooms (10 of which have their own bathrooms the other two rooms share one
bathroom). There are various types of rooms in the facility as follows:-
-3 Standard Double rooms with private bathrooms
- 2 Single rooms which share a bathroom in the corridor outside the rooms.
- 1 Single room with a private bathroom
- 2 large Double rooms with private bathrooms
- 4 large rooms which be either twin or double rooms, all with private bathrooms. 3 of these rooms have a  
 double bed and a single bed so could each accommodate a family of three. One of these rooms also
 has a sofa bed so could cater for 4 people.
The rooms with private bathrooms have a mixture of showers, baths or both depending upon the room  
chosen.
Standard double rooms - £55.00 per night assuming 2 guests sharing.
Single rooms with shared bathroom £30.00 per night
Single room with private bathroom £33.00 per night
Twin/Double rooms £60.00 per night assuming 2 guests sharing.
If a family shares the rooms then we would charge an extra £10.00 per person per night.

Regarding deposits, we normally require a 25% deposit to confirm the rooms but could phase this over a period
if this helps. This would be refundable if we were given 4 weeks notice of cancellation for the total booking or 1
weeks notice for cancellation of 1 - 3 rooms only. The remainder of the payment would be due on departure.

With the V Music Festival at the same time as the WOMAA Games in Telford, hotel rooms
will be going fast.  We have rooms blocked at some hotels, but you will need to book your
rooms fast, as they will go fast.  Don't wait, we are striving to make sure rooms are
available for everyone attending.  We have gone out of the area also to secure rooms for
